A Melbourne Makeup Artist

Aimee is a Melbourne based Makeup Artist with 8 years of experience in the industry. Aimee has always had a deep passion for art and beauty from a very young age. Growing up as a dancer, Aimee developed her passion for makeup through years of performing on stage. While Aimee got her start in the world of Psychology and criminology, after studying her undergraduate degree at the University of Melbourne and going on to work as a social worker, her heart was always in the world of beauty.
Aimee trained at the Academy of makeup in 2016 and went on to work as a Senior Beauty Studio Artist for Sephora's flagship store in Melbourne's CBD for 5 years. During her time with the company she trained extensively with the Head of Artistry and worked with many Luxury brands within the LVMH group. Aimee worked one on one with the head of artistry for Sephora Australia in completing makeup services for luxury beauty and Skincare brand creators such as Zoeva Cosmetics, Dr Roebucks, and Bread Beauty Supply. She also worked internationally for the company, shooting an international beauty campaign in 2019 for Sephora south-east asian region. Aimee has a strong product knowledge and is confident in working on a variety of skin types, tones and ages. Aimee has been trained to thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment ensuring work is always completed to the utmost perfection no matter the circumstance. Aimee runs her own successful freelance business and works seamlessly through the makeup industry from bridal to editorial. She has recently expanded her services to include hairstyling.
